Small, family run agency. These people will go above and beyond to help you with anything that they can. I'm a 10+ year customer of Jensen and have never had any issue with a carrier that they did not help resolve in a timely manner. KimandChris' review of Jensen Insurance reeks of ignorance. Jenson is an agent not a carrier. People, please call the 800 number supplied by your carrier when you need assistance on nights/weekends.
